The Body and Meditation - Discovering our True Wealth with Charity Martin

September 7th & 8th:

Find out what's happening in Novatowith free, real-time updates from Patch.

In this day-and-a-half experiential workshop (Saturday from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Sunday from 12:30 to 3 p.m.) we will explore how the lived experience of the body allows us to open to our natural sense of ease, grounding, and belonging which is so essential to meditation and to the discovery of our essential nature.  Through experiential exercises, we will practice listening to our bodies and paying close attention to physical sensation.

We will cultivate a deep embodied presence, bringing us to a surprisingly grounded and centered meditation practice; one that feels more supported, relaxed, and friendly.
