Marin School of the Arts presents Hello Dolly!

The stage is set for MSA's opening of this sensational landmark musical, directed by Rodney Franz, with a cast, crew and orchestra of 75 students. Set at the turn of the 20th century, Hello, Dolly! features the comic antics of two hayseed clerks on a wild spree in New York City, a pinch-penny geezer bound to woo a hat store owner, and a runaway niece who wants to win a dance contest. They comically blunder through mishaps and life changing events, under the watchful eye of the ever-charming, manipulating widow, Dolly Gallagher Levi. Scott DeTurk is Vocal Director, MSA Jazz Director Dave Gregoric conducts the student orchestra and Devin Sullivan choreographs. Full of hummable tunes, delightful dancing and colorful characters, this production is a perfect night out for the whole family!

Shows are Friday and Saturday at 7 p.m.  Nov. 8-9, 15-16 and 22-23 with Sunday matinees at 2 p.m. on Nov. 10, 17 and 24.
