Stars and Stripes ~ Vets and Cadets

Third annual dinner hosted by Building Better Citizens for America honoring our Marin veterans and in support of Marin's Air Force JROTC, will take place Thursday, November 15, from 6:00 to 9:30 p.m. at Marin Catholic High School Student Center.

Veterans and their spouses attend free of charge.

This year will once again feature Honoring Our Marin Veterans oral history project and the Swingin' Blue Stars of the USS Hornet. Our guest speaker is Captain Cynthia Stowe, Commander USCG Sector San Francisco. She will open our eyes to the myriad activities of the US Coast Guard in keeping the Bay safe, from dangerous rescues and homeland security, to environmental protection and involvement with the America's Cup.
