Marin's own Eric Gower, aka The Breakaway Cook, offers an event devoted to cooking with tea. A cookbook author and instructor who spent 15 years in Japan, Eric began a quest in 2010 to discover and import the best matcha tea on Earth. He'll introduce guests to his Breakaway Matcha and present other ideas for cooking with tea.
