Bowl of Plenty Luncheon

Arts Desire is facilitating a fundraising project for New Beginnings Center at Arts Desire~ Creative Collective on Sunday, November 18th 1-4pm. The Bowl of Plenty Project is a luncheon where soup will be served in the handcrafted pottery bowls that patrons will purchase prior to dining. Bowls varying in styles created by local artisans will be for purchase at the price designated by the artist. Proceeds will be donated to the New Beginnings Center which provides 80 beds for men and women in dormitory-style housing with services that include counseling, access to job training, and classes in "life skills" like budgeting and money management.

Bowls will be on display in the Gallery in an ongoing Silent Auction up until the event date. Come join us for a delicious community gathering.
