Ageless Grace® is an Anti-Aging Fitness Program aimed primarily at baby boomers and seniors, but children love it as well! The class is done sitting in a chair. This is a much-needed, revolutionary movement program designed for people who want to get back to being physically (and socially) active but just do not know how…

Ageless Grace® is an ideal program for senior living centers. It is also popular for elementary school teachers to bring into their classrooms, as well as for individuals interested in the fitness, movement, massage and healing professions. It is great for health care provider, psychologist, caregivers, yoga teacher, etc to integrate into their existing practice. For a minimal amount of time and investment, you could teach 3, 5 even 10 Ageless Grace classes per week once you finish the 12.5 hour training!  There is a high demand for these types of classes.

Or perhaps you want to take the 4-hour seminar so you can learn how to do Ageless Grace as your daily practice in the privacy of your own home. Or you just want to come and enjoy the 30-minute Public Classes! Read on as we have something for everybody!

Are you already a masseuse, fitness, movement or other healing arts professional?

This can be a GREAT supplement to a fitness teacher’s income — as it can be taught ANYWHERE — no special studio needed — and the demand for it is HIGH and growing. Plus it is a great program to add to your resume/repertoire. It is a relatively simple program with no steps, or choreography and only takes 12.5 –16 hours to complete the certification training. You can be teaching the following week!
