San Marin High School presents Disney's Beauty and the Beast, one of the most successful musicals of all time. Stunning costumes and elaborate sets will be featured in this family classic that has entertained kids and adults of all ages worldwide for over two decades. Kids are invited to dress up as princes and princesses. This multi-Tony Award-winning production with music by Alan Menken, lyrics by Howard Ashman and Tim Rice and the book by Linda Woolverton tells the story of a prince transformed into a beast as punishment for his cruelty and selfishness. To become human again, the Beast must earn the Beauty's love or he is doomed to remain a beast forever. Over 50 students are involved in cast, crew, and orchestra. Director Bouket Fingerhut, Student Choreographer Caitlyn Keaney, Musical Director Emily Gates, Musical Conductor Alison McGivor, and Technical Director Pat Nims lead this ensemble.  An international favorite, Disney's Beauty and the Beast has played in thirteen countries and 115 cities. Adults $15, children $10, Special Royal Treatment tickets $20. Tickets for all audiences will also be available at the school and at http://www.brownpapertickets.com/event/594661
