2.     Where is the info for the January deadline? Is it hearsay or documented?   Where are documents?

3.     Why is the transportation grant deadline tied to the housing document and its deadline? Where is the document?

4.     Why did the staff, City Council, the ad hoc Working group, the Novato Community Alliance (representing all neighborhoods?)   and the San Marin Coalition not help Atherton Ranch, Partridge Knolls, or the Church on San Marin negotiate for  better solution instead of saying they had done enough and causing frustration in those neighborhoods?

5.     Why was the North Redwood Corridor planning and expense not delayed so that other housing sites could be considered?

6.     Why did Eric Lucan not want to be last in getting the new Housing Element approved  by the state as if this was a competition between cities and Novato might seem to be a loser?

7.     Why do four council members not live in any of the neighborhoods that are affected by the new housing document?

8.     Why does the  city council not work with Corte Madera or Larkspur  or other Marin cities to stay rural and have new  housing that is zoned for smaller complexes and less traffic for those in need?

9.     Why does the county not support Novato, Marin cities and surrounding county land use for new housing that is zoned for smaller complexes and less traffic?

10.   Why do Chambers of Commerce, Builder’s Union, Real Estate brokers, and Economic commissions seemingly have less concern over increases in noise, air particulates, traffic, building massive 180 housing units, and building on wetlands, creeks, and watersheds?   Why do they supposedly support county and city governments in their fear of mandates or quotas from the state housing authority, HCD, ABAG, MTC, and lawsuits?
