Modesto Man Arrested on Suspicion of Sex Crimes Against Novato Juvenile
Juvenile Richard Alan Selby, a 24-year-old dance instructor, "transmitted harmful matter" to his alleged victim before engaging in an act of oral copulation, police said.
A Modesto man was arrested on Wednesday on suspicion of having sexual contact with a female juvenile in Novato, authorities said.

The alleged incident occurred on May 9, Welch said. Police began their investigation after the alleged incident was reported the next day.
Selby surrendered to authorities on Wednesday and was booked into Marin County Jail.
