Police Lt. Jennifer Welch Discusses Her Career in Law Enforcement on NPAT

Lieutenant Jennifer Welch of our own local Novato Police Department shares her decision making and career development on NPAT television.  She is a wonderful role model for women and young girls considering a career in the police profession.  In this conversation she presents the challenges and rewards of being a young officer in a typically male dominated work force.

The “Sounding Board” programs on NPAT (Novato Public Access Television) are produced by club members of Soroptimist International of Novato.
