Winery Exchange Continues Brand Expansion

CFO Recognized by North Bay Business Journal.

The Winery Exchange, headquartered in Novato, continues to expand its business into Asia through its joint venture with Otis McAllister, a leading importer and food company in Hong Kong and China. , Otis McAllister serves as the sales and distribution arm for Winery Exchange throughout Asia.  

Jennifer Verdon, public relations manager at Winery Exchange, said, “We are very excited to introduce Marques de Calado Tempranillo in China.  We look forward to continued success with Otis McAllister.”

The wine from Spain has a reputation as a flexible red with flavors of ripe fruits with touches of black currant and cherry.

The North Bay Business Journal also recently gave Winery Exchange CFO John Gilmer a 2012 Recognition Award.  Peter Byck, president and chief executive officer, said of Gilmer, “He not only has the ability to do a great job managing the finance organization, he also is successfully managing the TradePulse operations and technology team as well as the human resource aspects of the company. He clearly has a diverse set of management, technology and finance skills.”
