Shoe Outlet to Close on Grant Avenue
Mara Shoes and Leather Fashions to stay open, but smaller sister location across the street to be phased out in next few days.
Throw on a pair of flip-flops and head down to Grant Avenue to try on shoes because there are only two days left to catch the 75 percent off sale at the discount outlet shop for Mara Shoes and Leather Fashion at 867 Grant Ave.
For the past three years, owner Roya Tabrizi has sold her overstock items including shoes, jewelry, scarves and other fashion items at a deep discount, down the street from her retail shop.
But she's decided to close the outlet store by Friday afternoon, and Tabrizi says everything must go.

Going forward, Tabrizi says she will continue to sell discounted items at her retail location, at 824 Grant Ave.
