San Rafael Nightclub Showcasing Marin's Top Bands

For at least 84 years now, a hall at 842 Fourth St. in downtown San Rafael has been an entertainment destination for Marin residents. Today it is known as George's, one of the top locations for live music in the county.

No doubt Novato residents who crave to see bands are regular visitors to George's since it was renovated and reopened in 2010. Although there are spots in Novato that provide stages for bands nightly or weekly — , , and others — local music freaks still attend concerts in surrounding cities.
