Frank Howard Allen Realtors announced Friday that it has been commended by an international group for demonstrating best practices in website design and Internet communications in the real estate field.
According to a release, the Marin-based company received a Website Quality Certification from a group called Leading Real Estate Companies of the World, which has more than 500 members.
Frank Howard Allen’s website, www.fhallen.com, earned the certification after reaching high marks on a range of criteria, including usability, design and content, interactivity, responsiveness, search engine optimization and more.
Pam O’Connor, CEO of Leading Real Estate Companies of the World, said the certification program was introduced in 2009 to recognize member websites that combine high standards for design, technology and customer service. Her group revisits the criteria each year to ensure the standards reflect current online trends.
The WQC is an optional program available only to firms affiliated with Leading Real Estate Companies of the World, and it requires re-certification every two years.
“Our online home is designed to meet the demands of today’s real estate market and our company,” said Noreen Smith, President/COO of Frank Howard Allen. “We are committed to continually developing fhallen.com as the place people go to search for homes in the North Bay and beyond, and this validation means we are doing our job of providing useful information for our clients and agents alike.”
