Michael Frank, City Manager of Novato, will address community issues.
Michael Frank has been City Manager of Novato since May 2009 where he resides with his family. Prior to this position, he was Assistant City Manager and Director of the Administrative Services Department with the City of Santa Rosa. After graduating from Wesleyan University, he moved to San Francisco for a Coro Center for Civic Leadership Fellowship. Mr. Frank studied at the Yale School of Management and received an MBA. Prior to Santa Rosa, he worked for the cities of Hayward, Palo Alto, Fremont, and San Francisco.
