Space Fest 2012

Our very own Novato Space Museum will be hosting an
interesting event in honor of the 43rd anniversary of the Apollo 11 moon
landing.

Taking place in the 'Plaza' , we will have exhibits from the
USS Hornet Museum, Nasa's Kepler Telescope, Virgin Galactic, a real Gemini test
capsule and live astronauts from the Apollo and Nasa space program on hand to
answer questions and give an informative talk about their experiences in space.
Meet Don Bursch who holds the US Space endurance record for 196 days in space.
There will also be a photo exhibit and artifacts from the space shuttle and
other Nasa missions into space.
