Come hear the Jazz Choir perform at as a fundraiser for the Novato Theater renovation effort.
The award-winning choir, directed Emily Gates, will perform selections from A Chorus Line as well as pop and jazz standards.
The $10 cover charge and 15 percent of dinner/drink orders will benefit the theater, which has been closed since 1991. A volunteer effort is working to revamp and reopen the theater at 924 Grant Ave. as a center for performing arts, film and special events. Seating is limited to 70 people and these events often sell out. Purchase advance tickets at Ghiringhelli's or at the door, but make sure to come early for dinner if you choose the latter.
