Novato Theater presents: A "Rock & Pledge" Benefit Concert

Downtown Novato will be rockin’ and pledging during this Novato Theater benefit concert event designed to educate and entertain the community, while attracting additional financial support for the theater building renovation project.

The goal of this benefit concert is to inspire additional pledges to support the September 1st fundraising benchmark 750K. Once reached, this local grass roots organization will buy the theater from the city to develop it as a film/performing arts venue open year round. To date, the group is over halfway to the goal.

Wonder Bread 5 and Amy Wigton have generously donated their time to perform live music. The Novato Police will hold its free Bike Rodeo for children on Sherman Ave. Traffic cones will be setup to encourage kids to execute stops, yields and turns on their own bicycles. Helmets will be provided as needed. 

Attendees are encouraged to ride bikes to the benefit to avoid parking congestion.  Proceeds from all food and beverage sales will be donated by our generous sponsors to benefit The Novato Theater renovation project.
