The Novato Art, Wine and Music Festival will feature arguably its biggest get ever this weekend.
"The Tubes," best known for their teenage angst anthem "White Punks on Dope" and MTV hit "She's a Beauty," are among 26 musical acts at a festival that organizers say will attract crowds of up to 90,000.
