When choosing a new car, an artist is thinking less about passengers than configuration.  How easy is it to flip down the seats?  How many inches is it wide and deep?  In other words, how many canvasses can I get in this buggy?  What size canvasses will fit?I was thinking about all these things this week as I packed up my car for several trips down to Novato Pilates for the show I will have opening on November 2nd. 
"Watch those pastels;  be sure to lay them glass side up so that the bumpy ride doesn't spring the fragile pastel loose and drop it on the glass," I caution my helpful assistant.
The glass gets heavy.  The labels are laborious. The logistics and labors of preparing for a show are not the most fun part of an artist's life but they are essential to create that possibility of bringing artist and public together.  And I am happy to announce that The public is cordially invited to the opening of:
