Dominic Delucchi is one of the few who looks forward to a big storm.
The Novato 10-year-old is a budding fly fisherman and always looks for chance to practice his casting. After the ferocious storm that pummeled Novato on the morning of Dec. 2, Dominic practiced right in front of his house.
