Samantha and Beqir Gjoka are the owners of and have only been in Novato for less than a year, but they charmed the voters with their fun photo and story of how they met in Mosul, Iraq in 2007. They have been named the 2012 winners of the Novato's Cutest Couple contest and will receive a $25 gift certificate to Chianti Cucina to celebrate.
