What kind of after the fact post is this??? The post times are not correct either. We are PST.

Is this more bureaucratic nonsense or just a rubber room for somebody?

The posting times are EST, no way to control this apparently. I think it is because the headquarters are on the East Coast.

Used to be worse. Karina was from Russia, and it was Kremlin time. This is not a bozo council. Due to our currant downtown parking crisis, it's the only option left. Things have changed since Petula Clark.

It looks to me bureaucrats (unelected officials) are going to impose and enforce regulations, taxation, and fees at the cost of the people. Just watch the cost of riding a bike skyrocket in the name of safety. Baaa! Sheep!

You'll see Michael Crabtree wearing a Richard Sherman t shirt before you see pedestrians and bikes sharing a space. This committee will be a catfight from the start.

Bicyclists have equal access to the roadways but do not contribute a cent toward maintenance. Bicyclists should pay an annual fee that goes toward roadway maintenance and be issued license plates so that they can be reported and cited for running stop signs. Oh! How un-green of me, but asphalt is not green.
