This retreat may be for you— if you are 18-35 or so. Let go of stress and connect with your inner strengths and values. Equip yourself with practical spiritual tools to experience silence in a non-silent and busy world. Each session in this retreat brings realization and moves me a step further in expressing my inner power and beauty so I may enjoy the beauty of where I am, and delighting in what I am becoming.

 Identify different levels of stress and rise above them to create a relaxed mind and body

Facilitators: Padmapriya Mahendarkar, Gordan Lawrence, Harsha Madatanapalli, and Vaishali Jogi
 
Padmapriya Mahendarkar, D.E.C.E., B.S. (Info. Science), MBA, Raja Yoga meditation since 2002. Her specialties are leading, managing, communicating, and coordinating. Priya joins us from the Los Angeles center, where she teaches and lives.
 
Gordan Lawrence, BS in Environmental Studies, sustainable design, green builder, environmentalist, Raja Yoga meditation since 1993.
 
Harsha Madatanapalli, B.Tech, M.S in Computer Engineering, IT Consultant for Business Intelligence projects, Raja Yoga meditation since 2005, and facilitator of retreats at Anubhuti including Inner Peace Inner Power and those for youth and men.
 
Vaishali Jogi, MComm in management, professional account manager 10 years, teacher of Raja Yoga meditation since 1999. Vaishali facilitates with the qualities of humor, dedication and thoughtful insight.
 
Includes 2-3 person shared accommodation with private bath, wholesome and delicious vegetarian meals, and snacks with tea/coffee breaks.
