Internationally recognized author, lecturer, and retreat master, Fr. Richard Rohr, is producing a series of four webinars in 2012. The first webinar, Franciscan Mysticism: Why is it Unique?, will be shown on Tueday evening, July 17, at St. Francis Novato. Rohr is a Franciscan priest whose many books include The Naked Now: Learning to See as the Mystics See and Falling Upward: A Spirituality for the Two Halves of Life. His most recent book, Breathing Under Water: Spirituality and the Twelve Steps connects the Twelve Steps and the Gospel. With the advent of his 70th birthday, Rohr has decided to stop traveling the world and begin presenting his concepts in the more eco-friendly webcast format. The webcasts are sponsored by the diocesan Commission on Recovery Ministries, St. Francis Episcopal Church, School for Deacons, and Henry Ohlhoff House.
