Bike riding isn't just for kids. Remember how thrilling it is to feel the wind through your hair? OK, now you need a helmet, but you can still feel the wind.

Yes, the price of gas is high. I have challenged myself and attempted to ride around town more often. It's not that hard to dust the cobwebs off your bike or borrow one from a neighbor and leaving the car in the garage.

Riding on a bike at a nice slow pace encourages you to see Novato in a different way. You will definitely enjoy the ride!
