Are You Ready for the "Big One"?

Emergency preparedness classes to be held Sept. 30 and Oct. 8

Do you know what do when an earthquake or another natural disaster strikes?

On Tuesday, October 8, the Sutter-Novato Community Hospital is offering residents a free preparedness course so they know what to do during a large earthquake, wildfire, flood or landslide.

The two-hour emergency preparedness program is offered by the Get Ready Emergency Disaster Preparedness Program, a collaborative effort between Marin County communities.

The class will be held in the Wilkes-Weseman Conference Room inside Sutter-Novato Community Hospital, 180 Rowland Way. Call (415) 897-4361 between 8am and 5pm Monday through Thursday to register.
Advanced registration is required.

A Spanish-language class will also be held Monday, September 30 at 6:30pm.
