Effective, high intensity Boot Camp Training at Joseph Hoog Park.
The Boot Camp will be run by G. Chasten a NASM certified trainer from New York. In the Boot Camp you will use Heavy ropes, Kettlebells, Resistance Bands, TRX, and the best tool of all, your own body weight.
