The San Marin High School Music Department's annual Madrigal Feast will be held the evenings of Dec. 6, 7 and 8 ~
with Castle gates opening at 6:40pm on Friday and Saturday and 5:40pm on Sunday.
The Madrigal Feast is an evening of feasting and medieval entertainment and takes place in the Emily Gates Student Center, which will be transformed to resemble an old English castle. Music Students - dressed in period costume and using the dialect of the period - serve a meal, entertain the guests and perform an original play. The evening ends with an instrumental and a choral concert.
Reservations for the evening must be received by Nov. 25. San Marin music students have reservation forms; you may also pick one up in the school office. Reservations are accepted by mail only. The $25 ticket includes Wassail, chicken or vegetarian dinner and flaming pudding - along with two hours of non-stop entertainment! Click for Reservation Form.
