Arnold Supporter Giacomoni hate speech against Shroyer Supporters
This is the YouTube clip of Giacomini's rant before the Count Board of Supervisors on April 1st attacking Shroyer supporters along with anyone opposing the political establishment. It is insulting to Toni Shroyer personally and to Novato District 5 voters in general. It is classic political establishment intolerance of dissent and a very good reason to vote for Shroyer. It is a shameful performance and not Novato and not Marin. It appears to be acceptable to the Board of Supervisors as there has been no pushback against Giacomini’s insulting behavior. Perhaps it is because his law firm Hanson Bridgitt has donated $6,000 + to Arnold’s campaign and Judy Arnold was an Aide on Giacomini 's staff. Since Arnold’s supporters cannot come up with realistic reasons to not vote for Shroyer they have launched a series of Marin IJ assisted coordinated public attacks on her as a person attempting to slander her as an individual. Now it is rant not reason. Is this what Novato is about? Most of the rest of Marin may like to think so and this episode makes it a lot easier. Time to get rid of a Supervisor who publically calls her opponent a “liar” as Arnold did. Novato deserves better. This despicable behavior is not Novato. Time for some fresh political air and inclusiveness. Shroyer will bring that to the Board of Supervisors chamber.
