More than 250 guests attended the Marin Humane Society’s 5th Annual More Than Puppy Love event at the Mill Valley Community Center on April 16.
Guests were treated to song and dance performances by Stage Dor Dance Studio and a fashion show featuring designs from Gene Hiller and Lindisima — with shelter dogs accompanying models down the catwalk.
Live auction items included “An Evening with Tyler Florence,” a private event for 20 people to be held at his Mill Valley shop, SF Giants VIP package, and a two-day rental in the new XJL Jaguar. More than $75,000 was raised – an event record – for the Marin Humane Society shelter animals.
