The Novato Youth Center is hosting its 12th annual Haunted House, open to the public on Oct. 29-30 from 4:30-6:30 p.m. and on Oct. 31 from 4-7 p.m.
The haunted house is designed for ages 3 years through adult, with the spookiness level adjusted according to age of brave participants. This tradition is well-attended every year, and although drop-ins are welcome, a phone call ahead of time will ensure less wait time. Teen and adult volunteers are needed.
The Novato Youth Center is located at 680 Wilson Ave. in Novato, and is a private nonprofit in its 36th year of providing services to more than 4,800 youth and families.
