BRAVO to Janet Lucas and the "insanely great" Sinaloa Middle School teddy Bear team! In partnership with the Frankie Poulos Foundation, more than 500 teddy bears recently were delivered to the Novato Human Needs Center. The bears will be distributed to young shoppers at the annual "kids shopping day," part of the nonprofit's Holiday Share program. The center is turned into a store where children of families who need a hand up shop for holiday gifts for their families. Santa will give each child a teddy. They are always surprised as they are not expecting anything for themselves.
